It is amazing. The seats here a like no where else. At a low price, you get clean reclining seats. It's always a good place with all the newest movies. They have a small food court, but it still has everything. Usually no lines... Would recommend

You can expect to go in to the theater with a blanket because I was freezing. This is the 3rd time I've been to this place. After purchasing tickets and sit to watch the movie it's freezing. It's sad how they no it's no heat n the don't say anything. It's not write. As much as my daughter n I love this place they don't care about how they treat people!!!! I'M DONE!!!!!
We saw Wonder Woman at Starplex over the summer. Something was wrong with the sound system. It was muffled the whole movie and there were a lot of lines in the movie we missed because the sound was messed up. We should have complained but we didn't. We went to Starplex to see Thor last night. I bought the last two seats next to each online before we left home. We found our seats and realized one of them was broken. The buttons to recline back and raise the front didn't work. The movie was about start and we didn't think they could do anything so we decided to wait until after the movie to speak to an employee. The sound wasn't as bad as when we saw Wonder Woman but it wasn't great. By the end of the movie my husband's neck hurt from the uncomfortable position he was in. We told an employee about the broken chair and he went to speak to someone. When he came back he told us their policy is they don't issue a refund unless you tell them before the movie. We told him that the movie was about to start. He said they would have come in with head lamps to fix it and if it couldn't be fixed they would move us to different seats. We told him there weren't any other seats available next to each other. He said sorry that's our policy. We should have asked to speak with the manager but we just left. We won't be going back.
