As soon as I finished speaking to the staff I knew this was my attorney and that my child's needs and my rights were going to be met and fulfilled with no game playing. Molly has represented me and court and will be doing so soon with another court case. Not only do they give you straight forward answers but also will keep you in check and help you realize it's about your child and what's best for them. Also being a single mom, until recently, the fact of facing daunting legal fees scared the hell out of me. The law office staff worked with me and had me do payments all while still representing me to the fullest. The owner of the firm is extremely rude to the clients, at least to me when I raised genuine concerns regarding my billing. My assigned attorney in the firm was at least professional to me while talking but the owner is just inhuman while talking to clients. I understand he has to be tough but he seriously needs to learn some manners. Even after getting rude attitude from him, I never raised my voice like he did thinking I ain't dealing with him forever. He forgot to understand that he's dealing with clients who are shelling out thousands to dollars and already dealing with emotional trauma not requiring further devastation from their own attorney. I work in a respectable field in medical research and hope and pray that he doesn't have to face what I faced when he goes to a medical professional like me. A simple case that should have been 2000$ costed me $4000. Not a happy customer at all.
In a nutshell: Unprofessional, lost materials, misleading, and very rude staff. Also unless you're bringing in a ton of cash for them, don't bother. They did not update me about anything and I changed lawyers three times without anyone letting me know every time. They charged me for time spent talking to them on the phone about mistakes they'd caused, and I ended up paying far more than they'd led me to believe I'd be paying. Worst of all they were just really rude, especially the secretary. Really awful experience.
If you are looking for honest people to help you through your divorce process this is where you need to be. This firm is the best out there and they always have your best interest at hand. Even if it is for the annoying stuff that pops up after your divorce is final. I have been happily divorced for 8 years and there are times when I find myself back in front of a judge for many reasons. I found myself there yet again yesterday. The most important part of my day yesterday while sitting at Middlesex Family Courthouse was when Steven and I were assisted by two lawyers in our decision making process. One of the lawyers were from Weinstein and associates. Unfortunately, I can not remember his name for the life of me. We all know that I adore Edward R. Weinstein as a person and friend. But, to actually see one of his associates in action on my behalf was an amazing site. So I say thank you to the man whose name I have forgotten.
