I had ordered flowers to be delivered on the 16th for my aunts birthday. I paid close to $100. The place called me at 2 saying they couldn't reach them To be delivered. I said they had been home wrapping gifts as I just spoke to her. I didn't receive a call after that so I assumed they were delivered on her birthday. No, they were delivered the next day. No call or anything letting me know they were delivered late or anything. Completely disappointed. Will never order from here again. Terrible customer service. A call would have been nice so I could have swung by to grab them to deliver them for her actual birthday.
They had to wire my order through another florist that was closer to the person I was sending to. I was a little worried but the photos of the arrangement sent were beautiful. Thank you Christies!!
