Great store. Very helpful staff and sales personnel. Made me feel very comfortable asking questions and best prices compared to Best Buy and even online. Highly recommend and glad there is a family owned business in my neighborhood!

Richards customer for over 35 years and have shopped in over half a dozen stores in NY and NJ and they always beat everyone's price, are very knowledgeable of their products and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase by standing by their products they sell and warranties they offer because they are not looking for a one time sale but a relationship for the long run.)
They were running an employee pricing at the time so the prices worked out and we found all the appliances we needed. Don't hesitate to stop by and ask for either gentleman they will make your experience very comfortable and will make sure you leave the store 100% happy with your purchase.

Marj and Lucas were SUPER and extremely HELPFUL. Always a pleasure to shop here. Both went out of their way to explain everything thoroughly. We always ask for Mark when in store as we have dealt with him before. Other stores carry same merchandise but P C Richard is BEST.

I went to P.C. Richards on RT 18 in East Brunswick to pick up all new appliances for a new home I purchased. The salesman (Jeff) who helped me went above and beyond. He showed me every appliance I was interested in and described all the features for me. He spent over 2 hours with me and in the end I was able to walk out with everything I needed for my new kitchen and laundry room. When we had to work out the numbers Jeff and his manager James went out of their way to make sure we stayed within our budget and helped us out with all the warranties and delivery dates to accommodate the renovation.
